Hanging around in pubs is not a complete waste of time, as it turns out.

You tell people you're interested in building robots, and they sometimes slap money on the table and want you to build something real for them!

I'm finding it hard to get over. It's now happened twice in the same week.

Here's a little something that dragged me away from hacking some IR sensors. The application is interesting, but essentially entails carrying a camera over territory that will be hard for a small bot to negotiate.
