I have seen a few email lately calling for a Brisbane based Robotics event/club/group etc.

If there is anyone wishing to join in drop me a message here or at dingo {underscore] aus -at- internode-dot-on-dot-net

We are looking to set up a competition as a goal to head towards.

Hi

I'm the secretary of the Queensland Robotic Sports Club. We have officialy been around for just over a year and unofficialy for about 8. Most of our builders are into the combat robotics and as such we do most of our talking on the Robowars website.

Last weekend we had our first public competition as part of the Ideas Festival at South Bank. I am sure there are some videos on YouTube.

We don't just do the combat robots but are interested in any sort of robot competitions.
