		<description>I&#039;m just too optimistic.

What with this being the C21 and not C17, I was thinking there would be no big deal made of the LHC like there was for the hydrogen bomb (newspapers touted the possibility fusing H in a bomb might cause a chain-reaction in the atmosphere).

But today most of the deli&#039;s and shops I&#039;ve been into has seen the lady behind the counter worried that the world was about to end.

(Since I can never let a chance pass me by, I took the oppotunity to write up a few anti-asteroid-collission policies).</description>
