Today I spent most of the afternoon listening to videos from the Singularity Summit which recently took place in San Francisco. The summit brought together a number of people at the current forefront of artificial intelligence to discuss what the future will be like when computers begin to approach or surpass human intelligence (or more generally when technology becomes so advanced that everything changes as we know it).
