 Oh well… you-all will probably be able to tell from the bad spelling who it is.

I’m still waiting for anything that looks like a Robotis kit or humanoid robot to turn up. I think there are 4 outstanding orders at present…

In the meantime (and failing to do anything new with my doggy, tanks or Talrik — which is still in itty bitty pieces because it’s a bit of a challenge for a newby with 20 thumbs) here are some pix of a few motors.

I mentioned to ash I was also involved in building an electric car. Well I have some of the bits, including a couple of old taxis (it’s otherwise hard to find a 2nd-hand car with good drive mechanics, good body,  OK interior, but a blown-out motor).

So what kind of hobby servo could you make with a 10 kW electric motor?
